Backroads makes it easy to pay your bill!
Backroads produces bills on the first business day of the month, and bills are due on the last business day of the month.
Cutoffs apply to delinquent accounts. Accounts are considered delinquent after the 5th of the month following the due date. A reconnect fee of $ 10.00 will be applied to all delinquent accounts.
If you do not get a bill by the 10th of the month, please call our office.

Please include your account number or e-mail address on your check or money order.
Please remember that payments are due on the last business day of the month. Please allow ample time for the post office to deliver your payment. Backroads Internet cannot be responsible for postal delays.
Pay online: Make the monthly payment at your convenience by charging your debit or credit card. After receiving your bill, please give us your card number by going to www.backroads.net, and enter your username (e-mail address) and password as indicated on the left side of the web page.
Draft your checking account: When you use this option, Backroads will automatically draft the monthly payment from your account on the last business day of the month. To sign up for this, please click here Backroads Autodraft Authorization for the printable form to fill out and send to our office along with a voided check or deposit slip.
Draft your credit or debit card: When you use this option, Backroads will automatically draft your monthly payment from your account on the last business day of the month. To sign up for this, please call our main office at 864-984-2830, or 803-276-8101. Please have your credit or debit card number available, along with the expiration date. Please notify Backroads whenever your card information changes, including changes in the expiration date.
